The key to success will be to identifying the precise web development needs of those organizations in both the short and long term, then providing web solutions that meet their technology, timing and budgetary goals.

Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business initiatives, internal processes and industry trends.
Help our clients compete more effectively by offering a range of off-the-shelf and customized solutions.
Identify key assets and team members for each project and outline needed resources
Able to write proposals
Comfortable interfacing with a diverse group of internal clients and management, from top-level executives to customer service representatives.

Job Requirements:
The candidate must:
Have excellent outbound phone skills, personality and responsiveness will be the foundation for success.
Have proven experience representing products or services to small and large organizations. Proven experience in establishing and building agent and broker-level relationships across the real estate industry.
Be a pro-active and intelligent team player. Most importantly, be an overachiever, and have a proven history of exceeding employer and team expectations.
Excellent relationship development and management skills.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to see projects through to completion and ability to handle numerous, simultaneous tasks, projects and priorities.

Position requires a Bachelors Degree.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management/sales position preferably in the real estate web or application software development industry.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals, often with conflicting agendas.
Advanced Internet and MS Office (including Power Point) experience required.
MS Project, PageMaker 7.0 and/or Visio experience a plus

3+ years of experience as a B2B customer care and sales professional.
Real estate or production experience in any area of web development a huge plus.
